'Cloud computing" is now beginning to be a buzzword in many businesses and industries globally. The governments of different countries are also in its early stages of adopting it. In this paper, the Technology Management Center (TMC) at the University of the Philippines Diliman and its processes are used in a strategic technology planning technique called backcasting. The specific technology that is used is NetSuite and the requirements to get to that future are examined and laid out.
