Abstract

The birth of Transport Network Systems in Metro Manila served a great purpose in changing how transportation works. Its popularity cannot be denied until it already became a part of the city life. Once the service has saturated its operations, innovations will start to come. TNVS companies has started to do some new iterations in their applications not only focusing on transporting people but in logistics and food deliveries as well. The question then that begs to be answered is, what other innovations can TNS go to? This study answers this question.

The basic design of this study is to use Scenario Planning as its main process in the identification of other iterations where TNS can explore. It also uses STEEP and SWOT analysis as the tools in making a better case for factors identified. Survey also provided an impact in understanding the correspondent's issues and needs relating to what TNS can and will provide.

The outcome of this study plays in the area of public service and services identified by the survey. The author of this study has arrived at three possible innovations of TNS in the next five years.
