Abstract
With the rise of digitization in the world, companies across various industries are slowly turning to technology and innovation in order to stay relevant, competitive and innovative. Due to this onslaught demand, the need for innovation calls for a demand in product managers, who wear both the marketing and IT hats in companies. A need for a starting boot camp training for product managers aims to equip product managers with the necessary skill set and knowledge in order to become more knowledgeable in their companies and industries.
Due to the rise of new associate product managers in S&P Global, an opportunity to develop a training program was seen. The objective of the training program was to equip the participants with the right skill sets and knowledge to be effective in their roles. The training program aims to help the product managers to be effective in their roles.
