Abstract

CPD units are earned through the following methods, conferences, trainings, and graduate studies. In line with these changes, an opportunity to modernize this through development of a platform (TuloySibol) that can be accessed online by different professionals to view online content on different seminars/workshops/conferences handled by different board and private professional organizations.

Professionals are busy with their every work in their workplace. To continue with the professional growth, they need to attend training to gain learning for that can be applied to their everyday task in the workplace. For the professional organizations to cater to all the librarians despite their busy schedule, TuloySibol Platform will offer solutions to these problems.

The company caters to the participants set by the partner private organization. It serves as a service provider for the organization to utilize. It will be a partnership with the professional organizations in the creation and delivery of the CPD Program content. Services included in the packages includes the training live stream itself, the electronic quiz resources, digital certificate, and the technical support.

The implementation is divided into 3 phases based on the target professionals of the PRC. These 3 phases will be during the 5-year implementation of the team. First phase of product roll-out is establish the platform to the Librarian Organizations. Second phase of the project, the team will target the private organizations for Teachers. For the Third Phase of this project, the company will be targeting the organizations accredited by the Board of Accountancy.

This study will be solely undertaken by the researcher with coordination and collaboration with the Professional Regulation Commission and selected Accredited Integrated Professional Organization or the Accredited Professional Organization. The team plans to finish the development by July or August to be able to start to operate by last quarter of 2019.
